Do you ever use subcontractors?
No. Every crew member and every piece of equipment on your job is employed and owned directly by Professional Tank & Environmental. We perform 100% of the work ourselves, so you always know who is on your property.
What happens if my tank is leaking?
Call us. We provide 24/7 emergency response for leaking tanks. We pump out the compromised tank, set up a 55-gallon temporary drum connected to your existing boiler, and insulate the oil line with Armaflex to prevent gelling, so your home stays heated while we evaluate your replacement options.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come to the property, walk the job in person, and give you a clear picture of your options and pricing. No cost, no obligation to proceed.
Are you licensed in New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania?
Yes. We hold active licenses in both PA and NJ, as well as PADEP registration. All work meets state regulatory requirements in both states.
Will using your company affect my tank warranty?
No. All work is performed by trained and certified installers and operators, which keeps your tank and fittings warranties valid.
How do you handle petroleum disposal?
All petroleum products we remove or pump out are manifested and disposed of in full compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection regulations. You receive documentation confirming compliant disposal.
