Construction Services in Bucks County
Licensed Tank Removal, Installation & Soil Remediation for Residential & Commercial Properties
Professional Tank & Environmental is a family-owned construction and environmental company led by Brian J. Kuebler, who brings more than 20 years of hands-on fieldwork in the heating oil storage tank and environmental industry. We handle the construction-class work that property owners in Bucks County need most: underground tank removal, above-ground tank installation, and soil remediation for both residential and commercial sites. Every crew member and every piece of equipment is directly employed and owned by us. No subcontractors, ever. That commitment, along with our Accredited A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, is why local heating oil suppliers, real estate agencies, and environmental insurance companies trust us with their referrals.
Tank removal and installation involve real excavation, regulated disposal, and licensed oversight. These aren’t jobs for a general contractor who handles tank work as a sideline. They require a team that does this work exclusively and knows the regulatory requirements inside out.
Call Professional Tank & Environmental at 2156077337 to schedule a free on-site estimate. We’re available for both routine scheduling and emergencies.
Construction Services We Provide in Bucks County, PA
Our scope covers the full range of tank and environmental construction work. Whether you’re a homeowner preparing for a property sale, a commercial building owner replacing aging infrastructure, or a real estate professional managing a transaction contingency, we have the crew and equipment to handle it.
Underground Oil Tank Removal
Removing an underground storage tank involves excavation, decommissioning, petroleum product extraction, and site restoration, all regulated under Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection oversight. We manage every phase, and all petroleum products removed are manifested and disposed of in accordance with PADEP requirements.
Above-Ground Tank Installation & Service
Above-ground tank installation includes positioning, connection to your existing heating system, and fitting work performed by certified installers to keep your tank and component warranties intact. We also service existing above-ground units throughout Bucks County.
Soil Remediation
When a confirmed or suspected tank leak requires remediation, we provide both the consultation and the remediation work itself. This may include soil sampling, contaminated soil removal, and PADEP-compliant disposal. We can walk property owners through what the process involves and what to expect before any work begins.
Emergency Tank Response
A leaking tank in winter creates both an environmental risk and an immediate heating disruption. We respond 24/7 with a defined process: pump out the compromised tank, connect a 55-gallon temporary drum to your existing boiler, and insulate the oil line with Armaflex to prevent gelling. This process can help keep your home heated while you evaluate replacement options.
Why Bucks County Property Owners Choose Professional Tank & Environmental
There are construction contractors in Bucks County who take on excavation and tank work. Here’s what separates us from the field.
- No Subcontractors: Every person who arrives at your property works directly for us. Property owners, real estate agencies, and insurance companies know who is on-site and who is accountable.

- Certified Installers: All work is performed by trained and certified installers and operators, which keeps your tank and fittings warranties valid.
- ProGuard Authorized: We offer ProGuard protective service agreements for both above-ground and underground tanks, giving you access to coverage for unforeseen costs after installation.
- Trusted by Industry Partners: Local heating oil supply companies, real estate agencies, and environmental insurance agencies refer us to their clients because our work reflects on their reputations too.
Licensed & Compliant Construction Work in Pennsylvania & New Jersey
We hold active licenses in both states and PADEP registration. These confirm that our work meets regulatory requirements on both sides of the Delaware River, and proper manifesting of all petroleum products we remove supports compliant disposal.
Under the Pennsylvania Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act, PADEP certification is required for contractors performing underground storage tank removal and soil remediation in Pennsylvania. When you’re hiring for this work, verifying that certification matters as much as any other credential.
Serving Communities Across Bucks County
Brian Kuebler has spent more than 20 years building relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and environmental agencies throughout Bucks County and the surrounding region. We serve residential and commercial clients across the county, including Bensalem, Langhorne, Levittown, Newtown, Yardley, Southampton, Feasterville-Trevose, and Fairless Hills, as well as Philadelphia and parts of New Jersey.
Bucks County’s housing stock includes a large number of mid-20th-century properties originally heated by oil. Many of those homes still have aging underground or above-ground tanks that need assessment, removal, or replacement. Real estate transactions here frequently require tank work as a condition of sale, and our familiarity with local timelines and expectations helps support project planning.

Brian and the whole team at PTE were amazing after our oil tank leaked and we needed soil remediation. They definitely earned the "professional" in their name! So knowledgeable, easy to work with, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We were overwhemed at the thought of soil remediation but Brian and team made the entire process go so smoothly. Very happy we went with them. We highly recommend PTE!Christina C.

I needed to get my old oil tank removed and have a new one installed. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Let me know one of my plants might be in the way during the removal instead of just destroying my plant and never saying anything about it. They cleaned up the yard very well (no dirt all over the yard) and they put down drop cloths wherever they needed to do work on the inside of the house. Got to my house around 8am and all done by around 1:30pm. If I ever hear of anyone needing a tank removed and/orDenise F.
