They came in and did what they had to do. They explained exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do step by step. Please don't wait, book them right now. I was referred to PTE from an experienced HVAC guy who recommends them to all of his customers. Brayan and Elmer removed my oil tank today. They were on time and friendly. They were able to remove the tank without having to cut it, and I appreciated that because I saved some money. They removed the oil lines, and when they did the outdoor ones that were behind a garden, they were careful around the plants. They even leveled out the dirt to the point that I can't tell the pipes were ever there. They put down tarps in my basement and left the work area neat and clean - not one drop of oil anywhere! Sometimes when service people are here, they forget that I have a dog and cats and prop doors and gates open. I told Brayan and Elmer about the pets, and they took every precaution to prevent them from getting out. I highly recommend this company!

But the guys were very professional, made every effort to minimize any disruption to my day, and protected my house as they came and went. They readily helped re-hang a decorative item which I had to move so they could carry the old tank out and the new tank in. They were very open to any questions I might ask.

Came home late on a Saturday afternoon to discover an oil leak from the bottom of my oil tank. Called these guys at 6 p.m. and had 2 technicians at my house by 8 p.m. They drained the tank into a temporary tank outside and set our tank up on its end. They cleaned up the mess caused by the leak and made sure the heater was working properly. A few hours later the heater cut off (coldest night of the year). I tried to get it started again to no avail. Texted Mike and told him what happened. He had my technician call me and he agreed to come see what was going on. Came to the house at 1:30 AM and fixed the problem which was not their fault (dirty oil filter that was way overdue for replacement). Highly recommended this company!

From the estimate to the end result, PTE, Mike/Brian and the crew were excellent to deal with. All questions answered, provided pertinent information. They were able to come out immediately and remove water from our tank, get us back up and running. Scheduled us for a tank removal, new one to be placed above ground. Handled all permits and dealing with the township. They were very careful to hand dig up our zoysia grass, to be able to lay it back down, upon completion. This was something I discussed with Mike/Brian very specifically, as our zoysia yard is well established. I thank them for the extra care they took with this. They were neat and clean on the job. Enough crew to do the job efficiently and safely, making sure the property was safe for the equipment used, as well as the men on the job. For those considering or needing a tank removal/install above ground, I would highly recommend PTE Tank Removal for this type of job.

What a great company to work with! Everyone from the owner, to office staff, to field workers were terrific and knew their stuff. Removing an oil tank and finding out you need soil remediation isn't pleasant, but PTE made the process as painless and economical as possible. The field staff, especially, are expert at what they do. They made short work of setting up, digging out, and refilling the crater without making a mess or damaging the entire lawn. I couldn't be more pleased with PTE's professionalism and highly recommend working with them.

After heavy rains the other day, we took on a lot of water in our oil tank. PTE came out the next day and extracted the water from our oil tank. We got our burner up and running again in no time! Super happy with the prompt, professional service. The guys were very nice and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. Hopefully this is the end of our water issues, but they will be back to re-check the tank for us to make sure the water stays out. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!
